Nice breakfast, all quality product Nice location, Just 15 minutes walking from city centre Well-trained reception staff About room, espresso coffee machine was well appreciated and complimentart water.

The hotel was very family friendly and pet friendly we used all of the facilities and found everything very clean and staff exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was also very good catering to a variety of needs. Full English, French Continental, Italian and many other tasty breakfast treats.

Felix the night manager was professional and welcoming. He gently helped our sleeping children out of the car when we arrived after midnight and was helpful and proactive during our stay. The hotel seemed short staffed and ringing housekeeping or room service wouldn’t pick up and we’d get re directed to Felix who would then address our request (for glasses, for toiletries). Good location, parking on side streets is free over the weekend.

10 min walk to the old city center, very spacious room, nice pool area and excellent breakfast. The price is a bit high, but it seems like the Aix-en-Provence area is a bit expensive overall. Staff was amazing, room very big (American hotel size), very clean. We needed something near by the city center so this worked out perfectly.

Staff was very friendly and competent. Room was very clean, very comfortable, spacious and pleasantly decorated (contemporary style). Bathroom was also perfectly clean, modern and very spacious. No view but quiet room on the third floor (no noise from street). About 10 minutes walk to the city center, slightly downhill. Pleasant walk, stores and restaurants along the way.

The breakfast was incredible, very filling and the waiters were very attentive. The pool was unfortunately closed with a protective cover, I think because it was still early spring. We used the couple's massage at the spa, which was wonderful, but I didn't like that we needed to change floors (that is, leave the spa area) to have the massage in an adapted room decorated for couples' massages.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pierre and Matthias helped us out when we forgot something important in our room. We’re very grateful. They have many facilities, swimming pool, restaurants, etc. We ordered room service and the food was excellent. We stayed in the family double room, and the room is actually bigger than I expected. Plenty of space to put our luggages. The location is a short walk from the Rondelle in Cours Mirabeau, the heart of Aix where the lovely flea markets are. There’s a Monoprix and Carrefour supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay.

We booked a family room which was a generous size with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kids were very excited about using the robes and slippers. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast options everyday. Our car was able to fit into the parking with our roof box on, this may seem like an insignificant thing but in other places, we have had to remove it, park the car and then walk the box back in and attach to the car. Then do it all again when it was time to leave.

The staff at the pool were exceptional. Every one of them was the best example of customer service I have seen in a long time. They never faulted being polite or helpful even on days that were at extremely high temperatures while walking around in long pants and shirts. Always a smile and friendly hello. The concierge team, front desk and room cleaning staff were also on top of their game but the pool team did stand out for me. Kudos to Renaissance Hotel, for whatever you are doing with your staff it's working for your guests. Thank you.
